NISHTHA TRAINING

NISHTHA is a unique training cum skill development program of Government of India. A five days skill development program for School Heads and Teachers. The main focus of the NISHTHA Training is POSCO Act, NCF 2005, RTE 2009, ICTs implementation and teaching Pedagogy.

IMPORTANCE OF NISHTHA TRAINING

India  Govt. or Odisha Govt. launched several training programs for skill development of teachers and school development. But now India government has introduced NISHTHA for all round development through one training program. NISHTHA Training is the key training for School Heads and teachers for their skill development and school development.

AIMS OF NISHTHA TRAINING

It is clear that NISHTHA training aims at all round development. It s main focus is based on skill development and pedagogy.
Some aims of NISHTHA Training as follow :

·         Learning Outcomes and Leadership
·         Classroom Learning Plan

5days OF NISHTHA TRAINING


DAY 1:

·         Registration and Inaugural
·         SPQ, Inclusive Education, POSCO Act
·         Health and Well Being
·         Leadership Program

DAY 2:

·         Pedagogy of Languages
·         Pedagogy of Mathematics
·         Pedagogy of Science
·         Pedagogy of Social Science

DAY 3:

·         Learning outcomes, Pedagogy and SBA in Languages
·         Learning outcomes, Pedagogy and SBA in Mathematics
·         Learning outcomes, Pedagogy and SBA in Science
·         Learning outcomes, Pedagogy and SBA in Social Science

DAY 4:

·         Group work on teaching of Subject(Language, Mathematics , Science, Social Science, Leadership)
·         Preparation of Lesson Plan
·         Plan for classroom management
·         Execution of the Plan

DAY 5:

·         Group work and presentation
·         Motivational session/ Teacher best practice
·         Discussion of Learning Outcomes, Learning Gaps
·         Valedictory: 2 presentation on the pedagogy of subject, 1 presentation on leadership
·         Feedback
